Camping is allowed on the island though numbers are limited and permits are required. There are no facilities on the island so campers must bring everything with them. The island is closed from mid October to Easter to protect nesting birds and turtles who roost here at that time of the year.

You can walk around the island in around 30 minutes though there is no hurry and with so much to stop and see on the way it can take hours. Hundred of birds circle the sky and nestle in the trees and turtles, fish and stingrays can be spotted in the shallows.
