Spectacular Lightening Shots Proofsheet

A Photo Gallery By Robyn Wordley

A Selection of Lightening Shots taken at season change (November/December) on the Yorke Peninsula South Australia. The Yorke Peninsula is mainly Barley cropping country that affords clear shooting to the horizon during a lightning storm. These shots mostly show case the lightning and storm fronts rather than focus on any structures or tree lines. Taking lightning shots in a storm takes a combination of bravery and stupidity. When the hair stands up on the back of your neck - it is time leave.
