Kayaking in the Queen Charlottes, BC Photography

Haida Gwaai (or Queen Charlotte Islands) is an archipeligo west of Prince Rupert, British Columbia, Canada. A kayak trip is a fantastic way to see the diversity that this area offers. Much of the flora and fauna found here is not found anywhere else. Large Black bears live here. The marine life is plentiful with orcas, whale and much intertidal fauna. The area holds special cultural interest with many Haiida Indian cultural sites including the world heritage site of Sgang Gwaai (Ninstits)
