A National Trust of Australia (Tasmania) property. The house was built in 1840 for Tasmania's first Anglican Bishop and then became the family home of the Bayley family for over 100 years. A whaling family, the house was named after Capt. Charles Bailey's favourite ship, Runneymede. [2009 207D-003].
