Monkey stealing from Buddhist shrine at Swayambhunath

Swayambhunath, commonly known as the Monkey Temple is a sacred Buddhist pilgrimage site that is also revered by the Hindus. It is located on a hill in Kathmandu, Nepal with the most spectacular approach being via the long staircase, supposedly 365 stairs. The central stupa is surrounded by shrines and temples. A group of rhesus monkeys call the temple complex home.
