Most new photo submissions should be indexed within the hour, but occasionally it can take a bit longer, so please allow 24 hours for our search engine to index your new submissions.
If the site is busy, the indexing function is deliberately ‘throttled down’ until things slow down a bit to make sure it doesn’t impact on our visitors.
If your photos aren’t visible after 24 hours, submit a ticket and we’ll check it for you.
Please remember we have several login forms for different website users… Members, Clients and new Photographers.
To keep it simple, we’ve set it up so the Member’s Login asks for a Username… so if the form you’re using asks for an email address, you’re using the wrong form!
If you ever forget your username and/or password, you’ll find a Password Help function on the Members Login page that will resend your details to your registered email address.
As always, if this doesn’t help or you still have problems, please don’t hesitate to ask for assistance.
Once the lightbox is created, you need to do this from the photos themselves … either using your photo listings page or a search of your collection… then click the ‘use this image’ link to add required image to the lightbox.
It’s generally going to be easier to add images to lightboxes when you first submit them to the library and they’re still visible in the ‘last 40’ or ‘last 100’.
